cold run and winning a fuelbelt

I commited myself to a run the other night in the cold and very happy I did. My ipod needed to be charged so it was a musicless run, probably the first one since I got the Ipod and nike+. The temps were in the 30's but I was comfortable for the 4 mile run. I am looking forward to a week in Florida and wearing shorts all week.

I won a fuelbelt from Chris at which is the coolest ever. I sometimes run with a large bottle waist pack that I've had for years. It is tuff to run with most of the times as the bottles need an insulated sock to keep from bouncing out and I don't know where it is, so I am constantly holding the bottles in there. I will look around the house to see if there is anything I could "pass on".

This artic blast that is across the country is a little extreme and I hope everyone stays warm and safe.

Love and hug your loved ones every chance you get. Live everyday to the fullest!
